PRICES AND SHIPPING COSTS

All items are inclusive of 21% VAT and exclusive of shipping costs.

Shipping costs may vary per product, depending on the size and weight. The shipping costs are inclusive of packaging and administration fees. The shipping costs are automatically calculated in the shopping cart during the order process.

DELIVERY TIME

We strive to ship your order as quickly as possible within 4 to 5 business days, excluding weekends and holidays. We ship 3 times a week. This does not apply to handmade items, which have a delivery time as indicated for the respective item.

SHIPPING

Each order is carefully packaged to prevent damage during transport. If the product is damaged, you can of course return it free of charge. When the damaged product is received, a new product will be sent as soon as possible if available. The return costs are of course on our account.

PICK UP

Upon request, you can pick up an order at our store located at Nijverdalsestraat 32 in Wierden. You can choose the pickup option during checkout.

NOT AVAILABLE

If an item is unexpectedly unavailable, we will inform you about this within 5 working days. The amount paid will be refunded to the account used for payment as soon as possible, or you may choose another item. 

We continuously monitor our online assortment with the utmost care. Unfortunately, in exceptional cases, it may occur that during the processing of the order it turns out that an item is no longer in stock. In this case, the purchase amount of the item will be refunded within 14 days. 

INCORRECT DELIVERY

If your delivered order does not match the placed order, you can contact customer service. We are available at order@ditislot.nl.
