RETURN PROCEDURE

Do you want to return an item? We are of course sorry to hear that, but it's no problem.

1. Indicate on the return form which item(s) you are returning and provide the reason for the return.
2. Place the item to be returned, along with the return form, in the original packaging and seal it well.
3. Register your return shipment at a PostNL location and keep the shipping receipt. You can find the nearest PostNL location at www.postnl.nl/locatiewijzer.
4. You will receive a confirmation via email when your return has been processed. Within 14 days of receipt, your return will be processed and you will receive the purchase amount back to the account used for payment.                                                                                                  

Let op: When you return an order, the costs & shipping risks are at your own expense. When you return the entire order, you will receive the full purchase amount including shipping costs back (excluding return costs). Jewelry cannot be returned due to hygiene reasons. The shipping risks are also the customer's responsibility in the case of a full return. Therefore, we advise you to send your package with a track & trace code and to keep this code safe.

Free shipping on orders over 75 euros: If your order falls below an amount of 75 euros after returning an item, we will deduct the shipping cost from the amount you receive back.

RETURN CONDITIONS & TERMS

• Returns are only accepted within the return period of a maximum of 14 days.
• Return items are provided with the Lot. label
• Returns are provided with the attached return form.
• The items have not been worn and/or washed.
• There are no food stains, makeup stains, body odors, and/or cigarette odors present on the items.
• No attempt has been made to remedy a defect.
• Jewelry, headbands, and lingerie cannot be returned for hygienic reasons.
• The original label is still attached to the item.
• If reasonably possible, the item will be returned in the original packaging.
• Insufficient or unfranked returns will not be accepted by us.
• Product and/or delivery errors must be reported to us within 14 days of delivery with a description.
• If our exchange and return conditions are not met, we reserve the right to return the shipment and charge you the shipping costs.

You have 14 days to return the product without giving any reason, starting from the day you receive the item. The item can only be returned unused and, if possible, in its original packaging with the original label.
